RB BioWorks is committed to accuracy, quality, and transparency. Due to the specialized nature of our products, the following Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

1. All Sales Final

All sales are final once shipped, except as expressly stated below.

2. No Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Once products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee storage conditions, handling, or chain of custody. For safety, quality assurance, and compliance reasons, returned products cannot be resold or reused.

3. Refund Eligibility (Limited Exceptions)

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

• You received an incorrect item (wrong product or quantity).
• Your order arrived damaged due to carrier handling.
• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed as such by the carrier.

RB BioWorks does not issue refunds for:

• User error or ordering the wrong product
• Delays caused by the carrier
• Improper storage after delivery
• Opened, or used products
• Results, outcomes, or expectations related to products

4. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your message must include:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the issue (damage, incorrect item, packaging)
• A brief written description of the problem

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

5. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, RB BioWorks may, at its sole discretion:

• Issue a replacement product, or
• Provide a refund to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was solely the fault of RB BioWorks.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting RB BioWorks to resolve the issue may result in:

• Permanent account suspension
• Blacklisting from future purchases

We encourage customers to contact us directly so issues can be resolved efficiently and fairly.

7. Policy Updates

RB BioWorks reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
