RBBioworks – General Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern all users of the RBBioworks website (www.rbbioworks.com) and must be expressly accepted before any purchases may be completed. By accessing the site, placing an order, or completing any transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

All payments made via e-Check/ACH should be payable to RBBioworks LLC. By authorizing RBBioworks to initiate an electronic debit to your account, you confirm that the transaction complies with all applicable laws. Payments received after 4:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. By clicking the “Place Order” button, you finalize your order and authorize payment. Changes cannot be made once payment is processed. Please retain a copy of the payment authorization for your records. All credit card payments will appear on your statement as RBBioworks LLC.

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may not reproduce, modify, transmit, publish, sell, or distribute any part of this site or its content without express written permission from RBBioworks. You may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use, provided it remains unmodified and includes all proprietary notices.

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access this website or purchase products. RBBioworks does not knowingly sell to minors, and any such orders will be canceled. You represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms or any relationship with

RBBioworks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RBBioworks SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction or claim related to products is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product at issue. You expressly waive any greater recovery. By purchasing, you voluntarily release and forever discharge RBBioworks from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from your use or misuse of the products.

Products are provided “AS IS” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Products have not been tested for safety or efficacy in any therapeutic, diagnostic, or consumer context. It is solely your responsibility to verify the identity, purity, safety, and regulatory compliance of each product for your specific research use. Listing a product does not constitute a license to use it in any manner that may infringe patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. These Terms shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws when using this website. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You waive any objection to venue or personal jurisdiction in such courts. If any clause in these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. RBBioworks shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including weather disruptions, customs delays, postal issues, or lost shipments.
